    Kate Save is a clinical dietitian, exercise physiologist, diabetes educator, and successful entrepreneur with 20 years experience in the health space. She is the CEO and Founder of Be Fit Food, Australia’s leading dietitian and doctor-designed meal provider which has delivered 3+ Million meals nationally.

    Among Be Fit Food’s many accolades, the company was named Telstra’s Victorian Business of the Year in 2018 and #29 in the AFR (Australian Financial Review) Fast Starters in 2019 and the Telstra Victorian Business of the Year again in 2022 for Championing Health.

    Kate is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve positive change — be it through sharing her wisdom on health, or her learnings in business. She is a regular media commentator and is often called upon by Australia’s leading news, health, and wellbeing titles to lend her expertise.

    Pippa Hanson is the CEO and co-founder of The Sports Injury Clinic, established in 2004, she has overseen its growth into a thriving allied health business with a substantial team of professionals.

    Before venturing into the private sector, Pippa had an 18-year career in the Government sector. Her experience in the public sector provided her with valuable insights into administration, policy, and governance in business operations. Pippa has a Graduate Certificate in Management and a Masters of Business Administration.

    Recognition of Pippa's achievements and leadership is further exemplified by her recent award, the Australian Women's Small Business Entrepreneurs award. This award acknowledges her as a prominent figure in the world of small business and entrepreneurship in Australia.

  • Jessica Atmatzidis, Manager Lending Coach at CBA

    Manager Lending Coach at CBA

    Jessica is an experienced Senior Coach who focuses on coaching and training Home Lending Specialists to achieve outstanding customer outcomes through building and enhancing lenders capability in all things home buying. She has worked at Commonwealth Bank for 11 years, beginning her career in the Clayton branch as a teller, she has quickly worked her way up through various roles including business banking but has spent most of her career in the home lending department.

    More recently, Jessica was a home lending specialist & has now taken on the role of a Learning Facilitator, in this role she is responsible for delivering trainings and ongoing learning for new to role lenders and their managers to teach them the foundations of home lending and prepare and educate them for their new role.
